I am delighted to let you know I have composed another song ‘Royal Sapphire’ to celebrate Her Majesty The Queen’s Royal Sapphire 65th Jubilee. It has become a tradition for me to compose songs for the Royal family to mark key events in their life and it was an honour to continue this tradition with this track. I worked with the fabulous soprano Emily Haig, who you may have seen singing the national anthem at Wembley Stadium recently. Emily has been asked to sing at many high profile events, and supports my work with Cruse passionately and she is a delight to work with.
We will be performing ‘Royal Sapphire’ together this weekend (Sunday 18th June at 7pm) at St Mary’s Church, Eaton Bray, Dunstable. I believe there are tickets still available for the concert and anyone interested can email pathaig@me.com
